Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Realscript's website, console, APIs, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. The Services

Realscript provides software for capturing, structuring, and operating on the physical reality of properties — including reality capture, estimating, and business operations for local home and construction businesses. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Use connected third-party services (such as Google Business Profile) in violation of their terms or policies.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data, and for any content you publish through the Services to third-party channels.

5. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party services you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting or disconnecting a third-party service is at your discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide (excluding Customer Data), are owned by Realscript and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Estimates, measurements, and other outputs are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realscript will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Realscript is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
